All models will have a copy kept by me and made for future outfit changes or alterations
PAYMENT DETAILS
Pay through paypal only!!!
Half of the payment is required as a deposit before I start working on your commission, then once finished the last payment must be paid.Once I receive the final payment I will remove any watermarks and send through a file in the requested format.(If able you may pay your commission in full before I start it but please keep in mind this does not mean I'll start your commission before others that have paid half. If you wish for the commission to be done quickly you must pay extra!)
Terms and Conditions
-Terms of service are subject to change without notice.
-If you have requested an order, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms.
-I have the right to reject a commission without explanation.
-Please do not pay for any commissions till I have accepted your commission.
-Changing character(s) after I start with your commission is not available.
-If you insist, you will have to pay extra.
-If I make a character mistake on the sketch, please point it out so that I may fix it.
-It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide specific details of the character that should not be missed.
-I have the right to refuse to revise or correct something.
-Please note that I have a certain style and will not change it or emulate another artist's style.
-I will not redo a commission.
As the artist, I have the full right to the artwork.
-If the Commission contains Characters from a franchise or Show please make sure they're 18+ before asking I will NOT draw NSFW art that has a character underage. I will check all Characters ages before doing an NSFW commission
- A Commission may take up to 4 - 5 weeks to complete as I do have a life and job outside my Art and do need to do adult things. If able I will message you on when the commission will be done. This also depends on how many commissions I currently have a the complexity of them. You may find out the status of your commission on the HOME page
-Commissioner may NOT edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever.
-Commissioner may repost artwork on any other site only with credit.
Commissioner must credit me at all times [#ShinamiArt or tag me if I have a profile on that site] for any commissioned artwork.
-Commissioner may NOT redistribute, reproduce, repost, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.
-If you'd like to do so please talk to me about it so I can sort out the price and royalty fees.

When asking for a commission please fill out the details below when Pm'ing me. For each order you want you have to fill out this form! If you want one chibi and one anime drawing, but not in the same picture then you have to write 2 Orders when messaging me.PAYPAL E-MAIL: [So I know who you are]
